I am having problems verifying my account. What am I doing wrong?

The verifying email may have expired, to activate your account please follow these steps:

  1. Check your spam folder, the verifying email might have been classified as spam.
  2. The AI Studio Support Team will send you another verifying email so that you can easily activate your account.

If you have followed both steps above and still it does not work, send an email to support.hypersense@subex.com and the AI Studio Support Team will investigate your case
